What shapes Waymark
Grounded delivery for settings navigating real pressures
Waymark Education is built for schools, local authorities and professional settings that need training to be clear, credible and relevant to practice. The focus is not just awareness, but helping people feel more confident in how they recognise concerns, respond proportionately and have better conversations around risk.
Current and relevant
Content reflects current themes, emerging issues and the realities young people and professionals are navigating now.
Multi-agency aware
Informed by work across schools, health, policing, public health, local authorities and wider community services.
Audience-aware facilitation
Sessions are shaped for the room — whether that means pupils, DSLs, pastoral teams, leadership groups or specialist professionals.
Capacity building
Training is designed to leave people better equipped, not just better informed.
Resilience building
Sessions support safer decision-making, earlier intervention and stronger protective factors around children and young people.
Non-alarmist approach
Delivery is balanced, practical and credible — avoiding sensationalism, jargon and scare tactics.
